Kelly Rowland has been dodging rumors she's engaged to her manager Tim Witherspoon for a while now, but talk will surely heat back up after photos surfaced of the two out shopping in Hollywood.
The "Dirty Laundry" singer didn't walk beside her rumored man, and looked angry with the paparazzi for following them around The Grove.
Earlier this year, Kelly appeared on the Arsenio Hall show, where she got antsy when the late night talk show host asked about her alleged engagement. She was quick to brush off the rumors by calling Tim her "best friend," but coyly added "I'm very happy and believe in black love."
