Freddie Gibbs' split from Jeezy's CTE imprint in late 2012 was far from amicable and still leaves a bad taste in his mouth. In a series of tweets this weekend, the rapper revealed that a Jeezy diss track is coming soon.

Gibbs recently told HipHopDX, he's going after his old boss because he's over the hill and he wants to kick him while he's down.

"Jeezy, he can't rap better than me. That's why the ni**a was afraid," he explained. "He wasn't ready to be in boss mode. He still wanted to be in rapper mode. He's like a ni**a in the NBA that's about to retire and [is] on his last leg, while a young ni**a like me is just killing ni**as. I'm like Paul George on these ni**as right now. He's on his last leg, so I'ma go ahead and kick the ni**a in the grave while he's standing on the edge."

Gibbs is currently prepping a pair of projects, entitled Cocaine Pinata and ESGN 2, both coming soon.
