Spike Lee was so incensed over George Zimmerman shooting and killing Trayvon Martin, he tweeted the alleged address of Zimmerman's house. Problem was, the address actually belonged to an elderly couple who were in no way connected to Zimmerman.

David and Elaine McClain are now suing the Oscar-nominated director, saying they've received numerous death threats and hate mail, and feared for their lives after their address was retweeted over and over.

The suit claims Lee's tweet of their address encouraged "a dangerous mob mentality." They're asking for unspecified damages.
