While out in Las Vegas celebrating Rev. Run's 49th birthday, Angela and Vanessa Simmons stopped to pose for a couple of photos prior to going to dinner. The photos show Angela rubbing her sister's stomach where Vanessa's unborn daughter currently resides. Angela captioned the photo with a warm message about her sister and her soon-to-be niece.
