Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi recently took legal action on a perfume company, after finding out they were selling a product bearing her name. The "Jersey Shore" star hit Excell Brands with a $6 million lawsuit, citing that her name and signature appear on the perfume box just as they do on her other products.

In the lawsuit, Snooki claims she was "not contacted" and never gave "consent to the use of her personal name." She also mentions that the perfume is valuable, since it's sold well and has a high rating among customers.

Phone calls from the DailyNews weren't returned.
