Grand Theft Auto fans brace yourselves. We're only a few weeks away from GTA V, and Rockstar Games just released a bunch of information about it's soundtrack.
According to Rolling Stone, GTA V will have around 240 licensed songs on 15 different radio stations. Artists to be featured include Wavves, DJ Pooh, Jesco White, Bootsy Collins, Kenny "Loverboy" Loggins, and many more.
"For this game, which is set in our version of modern-day Los Angeles, what was important for us was to capture that feeling of LA and California," Rockstar Games soundtrack supervisor Ivan Pavlovich told Rolling Stone. "We approached the radio stations as the musical soundscape created as you fly into LA. One of the things we;ve never done in a GTA game before is a pop station; exploring that made so much sense in the context of LA."
