LA-based clothing boutique "Kitson" is being sued by several major prescription companies following the release of their "Designer Drugs Collection" shirts. The jersey-style shirts feature "Xanax," "Vicodin," and "Adderall" scrolled on the back, which has stirred up a wave of controversy this week.

According to TMZ, the companies are devising a plan with their lawyers to pull the shirts from the shelves, or they will file a trademark infringement lawsuit. A rep for Adderrall told the website, "We had no involvement NOR do we approve of the sale of such a product using Adderall to glorify the misuse of our product."

Vicodin's rep chimed in, "Prescription drug use should not be trivialized. It is a serious issue and we will be taking legal action to stop the clothing company from trying to sell such a product."
