Katt Williams brought tears of joy to a wheelchair-bound woman following a recent performance, TMZ reports.

Williams had just finished a show in Boston on Sunday when a member of his entourage noticed a woman crying in the audience. She told them she was weeping "tears of joy," after laughing for the first time since she learned she's in desperate need of a kidney transplant.

The comedian's security team brought the woman backstage to meet with Katt, who was so moved by her situation that he left the room and came back moments later with a folded up sheet of paper.

When the woman opened the paper, she was shocked and overjoyed to find ten $100 bills, along with a note that read, "God never leaves."

The woman told TMZ the gift was an "awesome surprise," because she was expecting the paper to be full of weed.
