The Daily Mail is reporting that embattled sports legend OJ Simpson only has "three months to live," as a result of his poor diet in prison that has led to "sky high" blood pressure. However, Simpson's lawyer said that he was unaware that his client was in poor health and was under the impression that everything was fine.

Ozzie Fumo said, "As far as I know his health is very good, he was doing just fine. I just spoke to him on Saturday. I spent a lot of time with him preparing for the retrial motion and he never once mentioned diabetes. We discussed health issues, we had meals together, and he seemed fine."

OJ's weight seemed to be the center of attention for the media during a hearing in May, but he seemed to be in good spirits. An unnamed friend of Simpson's spoke out about his health, saying "OJ's doctors have told him he could be dead in as little as three months because of his out-of-control blood sugar and blood pressure...But OJ doesn't care. He knows he's never going to get out of prison, so he refuses to take care of himself."
