Corey "C-Murder" Miller, a former member of No Limit Records, is currently living in prison serving out a life sentence for a second degree murder charge from 2009 that alleges he shot and killed a minor named Steve Thomas. On top of that stress, Miller has to now worry about a civil lawsuit which was filed against him by Thomas' parents.
C-Murder's attorney, Roy Maughan Jr., commented on the situation.
"A judgment against him in this proceeding is of little consequence to him. What can you take from a man who has lost his liberty? He's lost his liberty. There's no money to be taken."
