Tony Holden, the man accused of shooting and killing up and coming rapper Lil Snupe, turned himself in to police in Winnfield, LA on Tuesday. An all-points bulletin was posted on Monday, urging citizens to release any information on Holden's whereabouts.

The two men allegedly engaged in a video game bet last Thursday that led to an argument which resulted in Holden shooting Snupe twice in the chest. After turning himself over to police Holden was booked on charges of first degree murder, armed robbery and illegal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
