Chief Keef's misdemeanor charges in Miami dating back to a year ago are coming back to haunt him after a warrant has been issued for his arrest. The "I Hate Being Sober" rapper picked up the charges in August 2012 while celebrating his 17th birthday.

He missed his January 13th court date in Miami this year, because he was already in a Chicago jail for violating his probation. Chief Keef was honest with the officer during the initial situation, telling him "I have weed in my right front pocket. I want to be honest with you, officer."

A Ferrari that Keef was rolling around in at the time turned out to be stolen, but the rapper wasn't charged in the matter.
