It's been rumored that Amanda Bynes was offered a record deal by boutique hip hop label Chinga Chang Records, and now it would seem that she signed on and is interested in linking up with emcees for some collabo action.

Last night, E! News reported that Bynes met with Wyclef Jean to discuss the possibility of working together on an album.

Dan Herman, CEO of Chinga Chang Records, says, "I think it would be perfect. Linking the two of them will be something major."

Herman added that Wyclef is pretty open to the idea. “This album is going to shock the world,” he said. “She has such a great voice. Singers wish they could hit the notes that Amanda does.”
