Mariah Carey hasn't released an album in four years, but that is about to change, as she's got a project currently under construction. Jermaine Dupri announced the title of her new album on his blog, stating, "The Art of Letting Go. The new album will be available for all the lambs on July 23."
Mariah didn't officially confirm that title but she did reference it in a tweet.
