It turns out Justin Bieber's been telling the truth this whole time in regards to the whole reckless driving at high speeds through his neighborhood fiasco.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ that L.A. County Sherriff's Deputies went to Bieber's home to check out the security video from Memorial Day -- the day Keyshawn Johnson and other neighbors say the Canadian singer was tearing through the 'hood in his Ferrari.

Tyler, the Creator admitted earlier this month that he was in fact the man behind the wheel of Bieber's 458 Italia on that fateful day, and apparently the video shows just that.

According to law enforcement sources, the 5-minute video shows the Ferrari pulling into Justin's driveway with Tyler in the driver's seat. Justin can be seen pulling in soon after on his motorcycle.

Keyshawn shows up about 30 seconds later, as Tyler gets out of the car and Justin gets in to navigate the tricky maneuver into the garage.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that the Sheriff's Department will send the case to the L.A. County D.A., but a source says it's "highly unlikely" the D.A. will file criminal charges.
