Even though Miguel claimed to have tended to the young woman's injuries after he pulled an epic fail during a reckless stage jump attempt at the 2013 Billboard awards, he still may be served with a lawsuit in the near future. One of the young women who became a victim of Miguel's "drop-kick" stage-jump attempt, Khyati Shah, is apparently "considering" filing a lawsuit.
According to reports from E! News, Ms. Shah's attorney claims that she has been experiencing "difficulties" ever since Miguel's foot and buttock landed on top of her head. A decision will be made once she receives her most recent medical results.
