Phil Jackson spent a lot of time with Kobe Bryant during his time spent as head coach for the Lakers.  He learned quickly apparently a little fact that many may not know about Kobe, he's actually very sensitive.  During a recent interview with ESPN Radio's Colin Cowherd, Phil spoke about how he had to tread softly when approaching Kobe with criticism regarding his game on the court.

"He's very sensitive.  I had to be really careful in criticizing him. I learned immediately as I started to deal with him as a young man how sensitive he was in particular if it was done in a group setting. My criticism was best done if it was in my office or alone."
