Atlanta rapper Lil Scrappy confirmed on Wednesday that he will be entering a rehab facility for his marijuana addiction.
Scrappy addressed the situation after failing a court-ordered drug test several weeks ago. "It is my hope that my time away from my family and especially my little girl, my daughter, will make me a better man," said Scrappy, according to WSBTV.com.
Scrappy was arrested for felony gun and weed possession in 2008, and received a three-year probation. He then failed a drug test in March after his urine sample was deemed "cold to the touch", and he refused to provide another sample. Scrappy later turned himself in to the police.
