January Gessert, the rumored mistress who broke up Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush, pleaded not guilty to charges of passing bad checks. According to TMZ, January was charged with three felony counts of passing bad checks, but she swore to the judge that she was innocent.
January is due back in court in June to follow up on the case.
