The Weeknd has come a long way since his days of dropping records on YouTube. The Canadian singer, real name Abel Tesfaye, just earned his first platinum plaque after "Trilogy" surpassed 1,000,000 units sold.
The three-disc set features his mixtapes "House of Balloons", "Thursday", and "Echoes of Silence," which include involvement by Clams Casino, Juicy J, and Drake.
The Weeknd is currently at work on "Kiss Land," which will be his first studio album released under Universal Republic.
