George Zimmerman's lawyer, Don West, is currently trying to use Trayvon Martin's alleged history of marijuana use to be allowed in court once the trial commences. The Huffington Post reported that the prosecution had previously issued a motion to restrict the use of Martin's alleged herbal use as evidence in court, and any of his other personal activities that may portray him in a negative light.
Mr. West claims:
"That could be relevant to a jury evaluating Martin's actions the night he was shot."
