Alex Rodriguez may be on the disabled list, but that doesn't mean the legendary slugger isn't on his grind. A-Rod just unloaded his beautiful Miami Beach mansion for a whopping $15 million profit, according to TMZ.
Rodriguez has accepted a $30 million offer for his ridiculous 19,861-square-foot estate, which he purchased in 2010 for a mere $7.4 million.
After buying the home, the Yankees star invested an additional $7.6 million in renovations, meaning the total cost for the house was $15 million.
The home is made up of 9 bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms (plus 2 half baths), and features a 4-car garage, top of the line security system with 16 cameras and a Zen garden.
It's unclear as to who bought up the place.
