While it had been previously reported that '90s rapper Tim Dog was believed to have died back in February from diabetes-related problems, a judge has now issued a warrant for his arrest!  The judge apparently claimed that there is no proof that his death every really occurred.

It just so happened that Tim Dog's death came about after he was convicted of hustling multiple women out of large quantities of money which totaled out to be around $2 million.  Prosecutor Steven Jubera stated that unless they see proof that he really died then they won't believe the stories.

"I need proof.  I need a death certificate showing that he's dead because as far as I'm concerned, he's alive."

The arrest warrant will be negated if Tim Dog's family provide the court with the proof they're seeking regarding his now "alleged" death.
