When Miley Cyrus hit the red carpet for the Maxim Hot 100 party after being topping the list, and Vibe asked her who she would place at the top, and she named Rihanna. Miley continued, "She's, like, so hot."
Vibe also asked Miley if she would like to make out with Rihanna, to which she responded "You know, we'll see...It depends." She later changed her mind, and tweeted "I changed my mind. The answer is Definitely [sic]."
When TMZ caught up to Rihanna in L.A. and asked her if feelings were mutual towards Miley, and she said "Yeah! Tell her to call me!"
