According to TMZ, who broke the story on Chad Johnson's recent arrest in Florida, the ex-NFL star was arrested earlier today, May 20th, for violating his probation stemming from his 2012 domestic violence conviction for head-butting his ex-wife Evelyn Lozada. Earlier this month a warrant was issued for Chad's arrest after he twice neglected to attend scheduled meetings with his probation officer. He also failed to deliver proof that he had enrolled in a required domestic violence education class.
After appearing in Broward County court earlier today, 35-year-old Johnson was arrested after a judge decided that he had in fact violated his probation. His bail has yet to be set.
