Death hoaxes are common these days, with hackers and hooligans thinking up all different kinds of wacky stories. The latest ridiculous hoax involved Eminem, claiming he was near death after being stabbed four times in NYC.
The story floated around Facebook, luring unsuspecting fans into a spam overload. The photo posted showed the gored body of a man, but didn't show Em's face.
A rep for Em said the rumor was "not true" and that Eminem "remains unstabbed."
