Last night (May 1st), American Idol got turned up a bit as Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey sent shots at one another, with Mariah mocking Nicki for never having a #1 single on the Billboard Hot 100 and Nicki firing back by pulling out a cotton swab and telling Mariah to clean out her ears.
But now today, May 2nd, Nicki Minaj continued to show her disdain for Mariah on Twitter for the whole world to see. She slayed her by stating that she was "insecure" and took jabs at her over rumors that Idol producers have been in talks with Jennifer Lopez to come back to the show and replace Mariah. Nicki addressed a number of her tweets to Perez Hilton, as it appears as though she was reacting to comments he made or stories he posted.
