UFC star fighter Phil "Mr. Wonderful" Davis will be appearing in court on May 7th in San Diego to address claims from his baby mama, Vantris Patterson, that he has been very violent during sex. TMZ obtained legal documents that contain Patterson's wild claims against Phil for conducting violent MMA moves on her in the bedroom.
She alleged that one time Phil actually body slammed her on the couch so hard that when the couch impacted against the wall, paint went flying off. She also claimed that Phil would often strangle her while making love, and if she ever pleaded with him to stop he'd respond aggressively by saying, "Shut the f*ck up, b*tch!" Ms. Patterson claimed that Phil Davis has actually threatened to kill her multiple times if she ever slept with another man. She feels strongly that his violence against her in the bedroom is a direct result of his training and involvement with the UFC. She claimed:
"I am afraid that the numerous fights have negatively impacted his mental stability." She also argued that she isn't able to properly defend herself because of his "increased strength and attacking ability."
Phil Davis countered her claims of sexual assault with his own, as he referenced a picture she posted on Facebook of a Glock firearm and captioned it with, "... His day will come." Davis also claims that she has in the past texted him saying, "I can't wait until the day you die so I can spit in your face [painful and slow."
They both are seeking permanent restraining orders from the other on May 7th, and they're going to be battling for full custody of their offspring. Ms. Patterson took pictures of her alleged injuries from Davis' sexual violence. Check out the pics above.
