Kris Humphries legal battle with Kim Kardashian is looking grim after the reality star's high-profile lawyer, Laura Wasser, scored a large victory in court on Monday morning. According to TMZ, Wasser objected to Kris' demand to view emails Kim had sent out from now defunct accounts.
The judge also turned down Kris' lawyer's request to start the hearing today, despite the start date being May 6. Wasser has 10-days to turn over the emails if the judge demands so, but by that time the trial will already be over.
Seems as though Kris won't get the evidence he's asking for to support his case.
