Flavor Flav is in deep water, as he is going to have to stand trial for two felony assault charges with a weapon along with a child endangerment charge, due to a 2012 arrest in which he allegedly threatened his girlfriend's 17-year-old son with a butcher knife. Flav is reportedly going to plead "not guilty"; however, if convicted he could face up to a maximum of 12 years in prison.
