Most people would probably think twice about messing with Mike Tyson's family, but the boxer's wife has reportedly filed a lawsuit against an unidentified person over harassment by threatening emails.

Lakiha Spicer is suing the person, known only by their IP address, because the individual has been threatening her and her family's life. According to the legal documents, the assailant is attempting to extort Spicer, making false allegations about things she's done.

Spicer hired Mark Geragos for the case, who has represented Michael Jackson and Winona Ryder in the past. A main issue in the case will center around the Internet Protocol address, which defines the location of a computer user so that he or she can be tracked down.

Lakiha married Tyson back in 2009, and has had two children by him since.
