Prince and Michael Jackson never collaborated as artists, but MJ's mom Katherine Jackson is planning to use Prince as a witness in her wrongful death suit against AEG.
MJ's mother and his three children are seeking $40 billion in damages for AEG's mishandling of Dr. Conrad Murray. According to legal docs, they plan to call around 100 witnesses during the trial, and one of them is Prince.
Evidently, Prince has also had some issues with AEG and may be able to provide some context for what went on in MJ's case.
