Keri Hilson performed at the Vegas Pure Nightclub at Caesars Palace Resort and Casino last night, March 23rd. She was photographed looking very classy and pretty as she entered the event, and posted a series of tweets about how wild Vegas nights can be. She also tweeted a picture of herself in the studio with Timbaland, hinting at a future collaboration.
