When the sport "Battle Rap" is mentioned, most people think of the big battle leagues such as Smack/URL, KOTD, Don't Flop and QOTR. However, there are many "minor battle leagues" that exist but don't get that much shine. Leagues such as "B.City/WeGoHardTV", "AHAT", and "Scheme Street" have all contributed greatly to the vast expansion of the sport of battle rap.
Scheme Street in particular has hosted loads of great battles that many people have yet to watch. Well known and respected battlers such as JC, M. Ciddy and B. Magic have squared off with other MCs in the ring while Smack/URL veteran Calicoe has hosted numerous battles. It's a league that's provided many aspiring battlers with a stage to hone their skills and gain a fan base, and in the process it has created loads of classic battles as well.
In honor of the work Scheme Street has put in to help expand the art and sport of battle rap, here's a list of the Top 25 Scheme Street battles.
