When will Justin Bieber learn that Lil Twist may not have the best skills behind the wheel?
Twist bottomed out in Bieber's Ferrari back in January and was pulled over later that same day, and reportedly crashed Bieber's Fisker Karma then fled the scene just a few days ago, but despite all that the rapper was recently spotted exiting the driver's seat of Justin's very ill blacked out custom Range Rover.
Maybe Justin should just go ahead and buy Lil Twist his own whip.
