Mad Decent label artist Baauer, legally known as Harry Rodrigues, is currently under legal fire from reggaeton artist Hector "El Father" Delgado.  Delgado's vocals are sampled on Baauer's hit "Harlem Shake" single, and it looks like Delgado will sue due to Baauer not obtaining the proper rights to use his vocals for the track.

Delgado stated, "It's almost like they came on my land and built a house."

Delgao's lawyer feels as though the "Harlem Shake" song is a clear violation of Delgado's rights.  He stated, "We can turn around and stop that song. That's a clear breaking of intellectual property rights."

We'll have to wait and see how far this legal situation goes.
