Grammy-winning crooner Frank Ocean is looking at a lawsuit over his song "Lost", off of his album "channel ORANGE."

A producer and songwriter by the name of Micah Otano filed the lawsuit in United States District Court, Central District of California, on March 6. In the suit, Otano claims that he wrote a song titled "Daylight", with producer Malay - who is also named in the suit - along with Island Def Jam and Universal.

Otano accuses Malay of taking all the production credit for the track, which he says he helped produce. He says that Malay copied "Daylight" and turned it into "Lost."

Otano is seeking an undisclosed amount in back royalties and damages.
