Jay-Z's 40/40 club has closed for good in September when their lease expired, and has no plans to reopen. The $4 million club was devastated in super storm Sandy, which left a gaping hole in the roof of the building, along with extensive flooding.

The opulent club opened its doors in 2005, and had seen high-profile celebs like Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, Magic Johnson and Derek Jeter inside.

A spokesperson for the Tanger Outlet revealed that they are actively searching for a new tenant, "Our leasing team is actively and diligently working to bring a great new tenant into the space. Stay tuned."
