Robert Swift, one time number one draft pick in the NBA, was living in deplorable conditions at his Seattle home after refusing to vacate after it had been foreclosed on last summer. Swift is estimated to have earned $20 million during his seven-year career, which now seems to be a distant memory.

The couple who bought Swift's foreclosed home, Eric Dalzell and wife Jessica Ko, were shocked when they recently entered the home and saw how Swift had been living. The entire back deck was covered in dog feces, the kitchen was littered with takeout boxes and beer cans, the basement had been turned into a makeshift shooting range and several walls had huge holes in them.

Swift purchased the four bedroom, four and a half bathroom home in 2006 for $1.35 million, and the couple paid just half that amount. They estimate it will take a few months to have the home move-in ready.
