Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys are unloading their ultra-swanky NYC penthouse to the tune of $15 million. The ridiculous crib is located in the upscale Manhattan neighborhood of SoHo.

The home, once owned by Lenny Kravitz, is located at the top of 30 Crosby Street and is a triplex (3-story) comprised of an impressive 6,000 square feet. There's also a 3,000 square foot terrace perfect for taking in those sunny New York afternoons.

The home was originally listed for $17.95 million in March 2012, but after getting no buyers Sotheby's lowered the price to $15 milly in January.

The penthouse has floor to ceiling windows and features incredible city views, yet still offers complete privacy because no other buildings look into the windows.

Keys and Swizzy are relocating to Englewood, N.J., where they're reportedly snatching up Eddie Murphy's old crib for $15 million.
