At this point, legendary drummer and producer Questlove is a true Hip Hop O.G. Of course, once you enter into the category, you're almost required to drop a memoir. Quest is following suit, and plans to release his memoir on June 18. The book will be titled "Mo' Meta Blues: The World According to Questlove."
Co-written by New Yorker editor Ben Greenman, the book will feature autobiographical stories as well as Quest's own opinions on Hip Hop, pop culture and music as a whole.
A press release characterized the memoir as "a punch-drunk memoir in which everyone's favorite Questlove tells his own story while tackling some of the lates, the greats, the fakes, and the true originals of the music world."
