Comedian Lisa Lampanelli rarely cares what others think, so it came as no surprise that she let the hate roll off her back after posting a photo with "Girls" creator Lena Dunham, whom she called "my ni*ga."
Twitter users expressed their dislike for Lampanelli's tweet, with @Unb0thered replying, "This isn't funny," and @EricBAnthony requested, "Please use better judgement when communicating publicly. Thank you!"
However, Lampanelli retweeted kind words from her fans like @FabianAguirre, who tweeted "Anyone with half a brain knows what @LisaLampanelli said was absent of malice. Just pretentious chumps in a huff trying to own a word."

It is truly a bad thing. Not so much that a white girl said it but that the black community disrespects itself by saying it. Use common sense people. How can black folk get mad when we disrespect ourselves then get mad when white folk say it. STOP SAYING IT, THEN HOLD OTHER PEOPLE ACCOUNTABLE!

I'm glad she said it ... I hope black ppl don't make a big deal even tho they make a big deal out of anything.... They segregate themselves and when something bad happens... They say "oh it's cuz I'm black " ... Then beyonce after the super goes and says "it's a good day for black ppl from the performances ...but if it was Taylor swift saying it was a good day for white ppl ...
