Ne-Yo's performance to set off the NBA All-Star Game was full of spectacle, but his individual performance didn't live up to the hype that his name carries with it. The show featured loads of dance routines and even pyrotechnics, but Ne-Yo seemed to be off his game. He tweeted about his performance being sub-par, but also sent a shot at anyone who chooses to hate on him.
He later corrected himself by acknowledging that everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Check out what he had to say above.

sorry neyo you have to be the punching bag for a generation left for dead! They destroyed r&b and replaced it with niggas like...you. NOBODY IS HAPPY! They relegated r&b music to the quiet storm and adult stations not on top 40 radio! They got 30 yr old 1 foot in the grave already! ALL of your songs you performed sounded the same, ALL of your songs are over the top pop records, not r&b, not for anybody but white gilrs & new age trend whores, and they dont even qualify as humans as far as Im concerned!
