Legal shots have finally been exchanged between Chris Brown and Drake over their massive brawl last June at W.i.P. nightclub in NYC, according to TMZ.
A French model named Romain Julien filed suit against Brown, Drake, and the club claiming he suffered injuries during the bottle-throwing melee.
Now Drake and Brown have filed legal docs pointing the finger at each other. Each entertainer is asking the judge to place the blame on the other.
They both claim they weren't responsible for the fight and want the other to pay any damages should the model win his suit.
This is the first time since the fight that Drake and Chris Brown have gone after each other in court.
