Mary J. Blige Proud Of Rihanna, Not Bothered By Chris Brown

Mary J. Blige showed major love to Rihanna during her interview with Vibe for their 20th anniversary issue, which she landed the cover for. Mary shared her thoughts on Rihanna's relationship with Chris Brown, revealing that she's not bothered by it as long as Rihanna's happy.

"They give her a hard time because she's living her life. As long as she's having fun and isn't three minutes away from wanting to shoot herself, good! I want her to be happy. That's impressive to me. And I love her songs."

Mary also praised Rihanna for speaking to a generation of people, all while living her life.

"She is speaking to her generation, and she's living her life in front of them. I don't even think she's purposely doing it (7). She's such a beautiful girl, and I don't think she knows she's that beautiful (8). She's just living her life, and leading her generation, and she has great, great songs. Her career is amazing; and her team, obviously, is amazing."

As an artist u can be proud of her for her work ethic. But if all these teenage girls are listening to her and imitating her and worship her then what kind of example is she really settings ?
