Drake is starting out 2013 in the right way, as the YMCMB rapper's "Take Care" won "Rap Album of the Year" at the 2013 Grammys on Sunday, and now he's ridding his life of drama by settling a lawsuit. Drake's ex-girlfriend Ericka Lee claimed that her voice was used on Drake's hit single, but she wasn't credited or paid for her work.

Lee's complaint, which was filed in 2012, claimed that she and Drake agreed they would split the profits of the sales, but she never saw her half. At the time the lawsuit was filed Drake said Ericka's claims were "without merit," and claimed she asked to be credited as "Syren Lyric Muse" on the album.

TMZ reports that the two settled out of court over the complaint, but doesn't reveal if any monetary compensation was involved.
