The-Dream, Jay-Z and Frank Ocean were all honored with a Grammy for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration for Watch The Throne's "No Church In The Wild" single.  They all were in good spirits and in a joking mood while giving their acceptance speeches, but Jay-Z stole the show with a simple comical jab aimed at The-Dream to end the speech.  After The-Dream thanked his mother and grandfather, Jay-Z stepped to the mic and said:

"I would like to thank the swap meet for his hat."

For those who missed the 2013 Grammy Awards, The-Dream was wearing a skullcap with snapback on top of it, with loads of gold chains around his neck, and a hoodie which raised some eyebrows.  So when Jay-Z pointed to The-Dream's hat and made the joke, many people were shocked but also couldn't help but laugh at the joke.  This one comment became the Grammys' most tweeted about moment, bringing the total number of Grammy tweets to 13.2 million from 8 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

The-Dream explained to MTV's Sway Calloway that he wasn't offended by what Jay said, and that they always joke on each other but the public didn't know that.

"Me and that guy, we was already goofing off the whole night.  Jay's a funny guy, people don't know that. Of course they're looking in from national TV and they're like, 'Oh my God, I can't believe he did that!' And I'm like, 'No, I can believe he did that.' What you may not believe is that I have my own digs that I do all the time, so it's all good.

"Actually, Beyoncé asked me where I got these from and said they were so dope she wanted me to get her both of them.  So I don't know what that means. [Jay-Z is] kind of like digging at both of us. I guess we're country. This a country thing."

Jay-Z's quick sense of humor got loads of Twitter users to share their own comical responses to The-Dream's decision to wear those hats at the Grammy Awards.  Check out some of the funny jokes above.
