Two-time Super Bowl champ Jeremy Shockey has filed a lawsuit against the landlord of a Miami beach mansion where he lived for one month over the security deposit, according to TMZ.
Shockey claims he paid the landlord one month's rent, plus a large security deposit, but when he moved out she refused to return the deposit.
He claims he left the home in great condition, and is suing for $16,000 plus interest.
