Cee Lo Green has found himself in the midst of legal trouble, though he himself isn't in any as of yet. According to TMZ, Cierra Management Group filed a lawsuit involving Cee Lo, after releasing his holiday album "Cee Lo's Magic Moment" last October, under the impression that he would perform two Christmas concerts they were promoting.

The suit says that an agreement was made with Cee Lo's team, in which Cierra would front the bill for the shows as long as he showed up and performed. Cierra believes the events were a conspiracy "to fleece an unsuspecting promoter out of hundreds of thousands of dollars over concerts that were never going to happen."

Cierra is suing for a total of $14.2 million. Cee Lo has not responded to calls from TMZ.
