Former actress turned aspiring designer Amanda Bynes seems to have taken a shot at elite rapper Jay-Z in a Tweet, reading "Ugly Face" with a photo of Jay attached. Bynes has since deleted the tweet, which was reportedly aimed at a Twitter user, who doesn't seem to be active or following her.
Like other celebs, it's possible that Amanda's account was hacked, but judging by her bizarre behavior in previous months, including a string of hit-and-runs and getting kicked out of her NYC apartment, this may not be the case.
